DWM magazine’s top door and window dealers sport some impressive stories behind numbers on both coasts and Associated Building Supply is a perfect example as it has tripled in size in just four years. Though competition was fierce, ABSi persevered allowing them to move from their No. 37 position in 2014 to the No. 23 spot now. The company moved up the list as it added two more locations in the past year and continues its growth. In fact, ABSi’s Vice President Scott Thurber says sales revenue has grown more than 40 percent each year for the last three years. “We have tripled in size in four years,” he says.
That growth will no doubt continue thanks to a new division formed in 2015: The Luxury Production Home Division (LPHD). “This division alone is forecasted to add an additional $5 million in revenue in 2016,” says Thurber. He describes this new venture as one that provides residential homebuilders and developers who build high-end production homes with the finest-quality door and window products in conjunction with unmatched value-added services.
“We are committed to consistently provide an exceptional value proposition that will earn the confidence and ultimately, the trust of our customers,” Thurber concludes.
